Art Street Interactive is partnering
with Action ASP to provide web site, web applications and email
hosting beginning September 1, 2005.
As you may know, Art Street began its
hosting service back in 1995 primarily to support the sophisticated
e-commerce, database driven web sites that our clients were
requesting us to build. At that time, and until very recently, most
hosting companies were not equipped to provide the necessary
databases and server applications needed to enable the types of
dynamic web sites we built.
Art Street has worked
continuously over the years to provide a solid and affordable
hosting environment by increasing bandwidth, upgrading back systems,
installing and upgrading firewall equipment, and enabling advanced
features such as VPN accessibility. Now that the web sites and web
based applications we build have become mission critical to our
client's operations, the next step is to offer absolute top tier
hosting, and that means we will have to hand off the this critical
service to a firm that is completely focused on hosting, hosting networks and hosting support.
We've found such

a local San Diego hosting and network services firm has met our
criteria, and our challenge to:
1. Enable a
completely transparent switchover from our data center to theirs,
requiring no action or effort on behalf of our clients .
2. Provide all
current services at the same or lower monthly price .
3. Offer one or
more alternatives to spam reduction.
4. Provide 24/7
Technical Support.
5. Ample
Bandwidth - no extra bandwidth charges except for very high usage
(see new hosting agreement for details) .
6. Host from a
secure data center.

Next?
In the next week or
so you will receive an email from Darren Casden with additional information and a new hosting
agreement. Darren is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and can answer
any questions you might have about his company and its services.
There is of course no obligation to make the move to Action ASP, but
we are sure that you will immediately enjoy the benefits that
Darren's company has to offer.
The Art Street crew will continue to
have full access to your web site and directories any time that you
request upgrades, fixes or new work to your site.
* There will
be no set up costs to you for this move to Action ASP (You
will have to sign their hosting agreement though).
* Art Street Interactive will be discontinuing it
hosting at the end of August 2006.
